Once they have completely settled, about 1/4 -1/3" lower.

OP- How many miles on these?

Yeah its not much of a drop and from everything I've seen, it never quite gets to the claimed half inch drop... though most people are probably comparing new nismo springs to used non nismo springs so that is probably a factor.
