I want to tow my jetski with my Z. I see that this is rated for 800/80. What would I need to add to it to get it to 1150lbs I was told 5-10% tongue weight is good for this kind of towing, so I went in the middle at 7% of 1150(which is on the heavy side. Ski is 850 dry plus 170lb trailer, 85lbs of gas and I added 95 extra lb to be safe) and came up with 80.5lbs tongue. The tongue weight is at your rec'd weight, but the total weight is slightly(lol) off. Can this bracket handle the total right? I mainly need this for normal transporting of the ski to and from the shop. I don't ever intend to actually load/unload on a wet ramp.
