Also, if thats a cut off reflector lens you are using on the "hitch cap" all you would need to do is add a connectr inside there with a led bulb and you can still have a functioning light when the trailer is not connected.

Tongue weight is not the same a the weight of the trailer.

The 350z trailer hitch is a similar design. But my hitch is for the 370 and I don't recommend towing anything that heavy . The hitch is only held on to the rear aluminum bumper support . I supply hardened bolts and extra thick fender washers to help strengthen the aluminum support to the body but the body is still pretty thin sheet metal .

I have this hitch on my 2015 with a 2015 Nismo bumper cover. The hole for the light is in the same place as the non Nismo bumper cover. I'll try and get some pics up when I get home.

Are you sure this doesn't fit 2014 Nismo? They have the rear reflector unlike the earlier Nismos.

Yes the 2014 does but that is just an add on piece that Nissan just bolted on to the previous Nismo rear bumpers . Not sure how much cutting would be needed to make it work.
