So my car audio project went a little out of control.
I had started off with the intention of replacing a blown tweeter. That simple task grew to include a new Kenwood head unit, Polk DB6501s, an amp or two, a sub, Pearl-Z's Zenclosure, backup cam, and rewiring my car twice. That was a damn expensive tweeter! As a result of all that chaos I have the following for a good home if anyone needs them. Two 6.5 inch speaker brackets about one inch deep. The depth would probably make them good for Focals or heftier door speakers. I ended up using the ones that came with my components. A nice set of plastic tweeter brackets. (They are taped together in the pic) 50 feet of blue Knukonceptz 14 gauge OFC Kord Ultra Flex 14 Gauge Speaker Wire (very happy with this wire for use with the Polks if you aren't running massive power to your door speakers) Maybe about 50 feet of 16 gauge Monoprice OFC speaker wire. Hit me up if you need anything. |
