If you have something you want to give away (preferably 370Z-related), then post it here. If you see something that you would like to have, make a reply or PM the donor. You do not have to give something away before you can accept anything - you are encouraged to "pay it forward" and offer something to the rest of us.

You will need to make shipping arrangements with the donor. Shipping is usually the donee's responsibility but feel free to pay to ship anything you might give away.

That sums it up very nicely. The key here is that you pay back someone other than the person that did you a favor in order to spread the goodwill as widely as possible.

I like to take "pay it forward" a little more literally and try to do things for others "on spec." Not that I'm a nice guy or anything it's just that Karma is what you make it. :)

Very cool thread guys... I just paid the $20, not for the free stuff either, because you guys are the ****! Also, I read at least $500 worth of knowledge on here when doing projects on my new Z.

Signed FNG :)

Alright guys, I've got a local pick up freebie available. ShoFamous was nice enough to let me have his old Nismo rear bumper for my intended future project. I've decided to go a different route. The bumper is NOT in perfect condition. Someone had backed into him creating a crease just to the left of the license plate area. I intended to take it in to a body shop to see if it can be fixed but I couldn't find anyone with a truck to help me get it over there. The paint on it, of course, needs to be fully removed.

I'm offering it as a freebie if someone wants to pick it up from my place. Here's a cell phone shot of the entire thing. I'll have to work on getting some better pictures of the crease. No hardware is included.

You aren't THAT far. What's a few hours in a truck for a free bumper?

I might be able to get it as far as Houston for you...

KaienZ34 06-23-2014 01:29 PM

That might be do-able (so tentative dibs on nismo rear), let me see what I can get together and i'll let you know soon. :tiphat:

KaienZ34 06-23-2014 01:50 PM

Locals get 1st dibs for sure Jar.

Any ballpark number on what it would cost to fix?

See what you can figure out between now and next week. I'm back next Monday. I would probably have to borrow a vehicle to transport it...
