Wasn't really sure what the frames were worth so did a search and saw user onzedge sold his in July '13 for $50 shipped. I'll do $40 shipped to 76039. PayPal address is bay36area@yahoo.com. I'll ship as soon as I see it in Paypal.

The description says 40th Anniversary and it is the exact same one that I bought, and it was a 40th.

In the description for the plate you've linked, it says "License plate frames provide an enhanced and finished appearance Z® logo."

The official 40th anniversary plate from does NOT have a Z logo on it.

In the picture in my original post, you will see that the plate frame says "40th Anniversary" on it.
