seriously - you dont need to loose the exhaust - stillen should be carb ok - so it should be cali ok as well... just replace the cats and get

seriously - you dont need to loose the exhaust - stillen should be carb ok - so it should be cali ok as well... just replace the cats and get it signed off... thats what i would do
