Is it still available? Can you take a pic of the end pieces to see if they fit to these mounting points? I've read that the 13 model years are a little different. I don't know, but seeing you have a 13 nismo could be the same.

Looks the same, this fitted on my 2011 and 2013 the holes are the same, but I only test fitted and but it in the closet, because my windows are tinted and I have nothing valuable to hide. I guarantee it will fix, I can also take a picture of the mounting holes and it's the same as your picture as well. So let me know?
