Will it fit a sport's 3.3 dif 2009 ?

3.3, is that an automatic?
or a 350z/g35 with a manual open diff? if it's for a 350z/g35 manual open diff then it'll fit.

QDF11L is for all manual open diff, it will fit 350z/g35/g37.

QDF10L is for all automatics. I"m not sure what is the difference between the two.

QDF13L is for manuals with VLSD, but you can use QDF11L if you shorten one of the stub shafts.

Just a question, do you know if this will fit base model 08 350z? if so, I think I can find a buyer for you. one of the guys that is our group here has been looking for one for a LONG time.
