it's the lightning and no they are not damage. The outside cover is a little bit dirty so that might be what you're seeing. They were only used once then removed.

This is how they look on stock wheels sadly they didnt fit correctly, I used them before on aftermarket wheels and they are RED maybe they look orange cause the lighting. GLWS bro
