Just to supply some information to people: these can be used with base/sport struts, but as with all stiffer springs, they will make the struts wear down a bit quicker than usual (not much). The ride is stiffer than the sport pack, but not jarringly so. If you are very concerned about a comfy ride coming from base springs, don't make the jump. These are NISMO parts, after all. As for height, I believe they sit a few tenths of an inch lower than the sport springs. Enough to be noticeable but nothing major.
