Does this thing require more holes than the stock wing and does anyone know if you can easily go back to the stock wing without patching up any of the

Does this thing require more holes than the stock wing and does anyone know if you can easily go back to the stock wing without patching up any of the extra holes if needed? I'm interested in getting this but hate the idea of drilling and covering up holes on my hatch.
