G37 sport coupes need 10mm spacer up front and 5mm spacer in the rear to clear BBK. Not sure about Z BBK's. Currently, I'm running a 20mm spacer up front putting me at -3 offset and a 5mm in the rear putting me at +8. Both spacers are up for sale as well. $150 for all 4.
