ok, i'm pretty close to making a decision, just wondering though, what year is this coming off of?

My '09 which only has 9k miles

looking up oe parts and it *seems* like the '09 and '12 share the same parts, and if i'm reading the diagrams correctly, it seems the both the passenger and driver's side stub axles are the same part (i might be wrong).

i'm just waiting for my local garage guys to respond to working on the diff. if i have a go from them, i'll pick this up from you. i'm hoping hear back later today, will keep you posted.

nissan hasn't changed anything in the r200 since the 370z came out all you need is the vlsd stub axle which can be purchased from a dealer or Z1 or courtesy parts, or where ever just make sure it's a 370z stub. the parts are actually the same as the 350 but the shape of the differential case was redisigned a little bit and the number of teeth on the abs wheel changed from 46 teeth on the 350z to 48 teeth on the 370z. all the 370z parts of like transmission models interchange(some things are different on automatics from manuals) so if you are 6mt and he is 6mt it will work. you will also want to get new diff bearings and seals, Z1 sells an instal kit for lsd's that has all of this.
