For those who may be waiting for my result. We have won the case
All in all, the case is closed and the PMU BBK stays with me which then will be returned to rightful owner once the refund is made (5 business days) I'm meeting up with the rightful owner tonight to sign a written agreement saying that I will return the BBK once the money from Paypal is fully recovered  Have a nice day everyone
