as tempting as that sounds, we would not be acting honourable to do that to her. Sure she is in the persons life and knows him, but it was not her actions that scammed/defrauded anyone
 it's like people kid napping children or parents due to some ones actions, the victim is not the person who did anything wrong. if you want justice you do it to the adversary  i.e. tied, beaten and left in the field/bush FUCK YOU CHRIS  you have my cell you should call me, i'd love to chat
