Well I mean he must live a pretty miserable life being as ugly as he is, thus feels the need to make other people miserable too. He can only cause a temporary problem whereas he has to live with a permanent one (I wouldn't try to scam a plastic surgeon...) Regardless, I hope he is lurking and seeing all of this because deep down, he knows he has to live with being the most grotesque person on this planet.
