regardless of who or what i ride, I do have are a very particular set of skills; skills I have acquired over a very long career. Skills that make me a nightmare for scammers like Kris Hope. If you return everyone's money and/or parts now, that'll be the end of it. I will not look for you, I will not pursue you. This year, in february he scammed someone out of 2500 bucks for a Big brake kit someone paid him for and never recieved, and now someone else chimed in, he shipped Kris his Project Mu 350z $5000 brake kit COD, and never got paid. meanwhile he quickly shipped and sold the complete kit to the guy in this thread for a good deal, but they weren't even 370z brakes, they were 350z, so once again Kris Hope ripps off another member for misleading a stolen item to be sold as something else FFS. this guy is a cancer to society and to hard working honest car enthusiasts. He just went on a trip to mexico with his girlfriend. which i assume was paid for by his 3500 brake kit. **** tard.

This'll mean he'd get into legal issues with Paypal too (which will still refund me my money). This guy's life is really going downhill.

i have had a situation like this, not for 1800. but for i think 400.

I sent them 400 for an item, they sent the money to their bank through paypal.

i filed a complaint. their bank was empty, their credit card bounced.

even thou my complaint was valid and i was right, i never got paid. paypal said the user had no funds and there was nothing they could do to repay me.

i felt soo cheated by paypal. i hope you get yours back.

There is nothing he can do at this point. I have already submitted a Record of Investigation. It's out of my hands. This is under Federal Jurisdiction. His setting himself up for failure. What has paypal told you? This could be used against him as proof. Did he close his paypal account? If he did then you have all the proof you need to lock him behind bars. We know where he lives and who his girlfriend is and works as of now. All you have to do is walk into the police station and have something arranged to have this guy locked behind bars.
