I would think they do. I've heard of sellers getting screwed by dishonest buyers.
Reading more into the toptierimports thread: "The address belongs to a Don Dmyterko He passed away, (RIP) in 2011, had a Wife named Sandra, and two daughters Shawna ( Jon ) and Tina." So apparently he lives with his girlfriend's mom. And he goes by Kris Hope around town. And he's on a trip to Mexico with his girlfriend Tina. They call him Quaz (Quasimodo)
