Oh dang, that's intense. Unfortunately (fortunately for him), I never got his address. Hyunsoo may have since he actually got a BBK from the guy, and I'm trying to see if he wrote down a return address on his package.

I guess I'm not the vengeful type, but I'd shudder if I hear about a Canadian guy getting beheaded at his house anytime soon O_O

Jack would you be willing to provide us with what ever information was given to you? And maybe testify in a federal court if needed be? Which I highly doubt. Just a worst case scenario. It usually requires over 10000 dollars but 3000 thousand might get looked at.

All I can do is bring this up. I can't garuantee anything.

Since I sent through paypal, I believe I won't have to resort to federal court (I hope?), but if it comes down to that as being what stands between me and getting my money back, yeah I would. As long as it doesn't conflict with my midterms and finals.

I would think they do. I've heard of sellers getting screwed by dishonest buyers.
