Props and respect to all of you. You guys are impressive and scary (to those who need to be scared).

Funny thing.... I asked hyunsoo1803 in the Amuse thread to let me know if he was ever in Calgary, so I can check out his car. I had a thought of offering him a place to stay if he ever came to town, but then I thought "he could be a drug addicted, serial killer/rapist, I better not".

Well after reading this thread - hyunsoo1803 you can stay at my house anytime you want.

Hahahaha:bowrofl:

hyunsoo1803 08-15-2013 09:55 PM

On the side note, the original owner picked up the bbk from me. All is good !

Cant believe his car is a stolen car...

Agree with this. Start KBB and subtract repaint and engine rebuild.

well dmhenderson

for 8K, yes it has known head gasket failure.

but the car is a freshly (puke coloured) painted Z, with a TT kit, and alot of great supporting mods. Original owner claims 40K in build receipts.

almost worth more in parts.

Private Eye 08-17-2013 02:56 AM

Im not a Z guy, but owned a few skylines.

Im flying up to calgary to check this car out. Any words of advice on these cars? besides the blown headgasket, whatelse should i be looking for.

I will take pics of the car when im there.

Hey that was a good read - just read through most of it. I feel like you guys need some closure and a good laugh. So here it goes - Chris defrauded me out the Z and provided me a fake identity and registered the car under his gf. All of my best friends are cops and I found who the car was registered to and opened a civil case ( at this point no matter how much evidence I provided they wouldn't pursue). He gets it and flips out and tried to give countless excuses and tried to get me to drop the case. I wouldn't so he hired lawyers to resolve the matter. He gave the lawyers checks which were no good and the bank made an error (seriously) and showed as the funds arriving and I took my check and though it was done. Few days later the money disappears and the lawyers are furious. I've never seen some one so vengeful. So the lawyers harass the cops every day until they take the case. They impound the at July 26 which is why no pictures for the kit ever surface. The guy couldn't even get the turbos right (gt28rs). So I recover the car and the cops have laid charges on him for me and the lawyers. He was arrested last week - I don't know how long he will be in jail for / when he will actually go to court for the charges. I have conditionally sold the car to some one who knows the complete history. I will change my civil case to show a loss on sale and go after him and his gf (the car was registered to her and she knew it was stolen. Actually had the balls to call me about it).
So the turbo kit DID exist! It was a 350 HKS TT.
tl;dr Kristopher is indeed in jail. I told the guy I would email him your responses.

dmhenderson 08-17-2013 07:34 AM

The mental picture of Kris sitting in a room with his lawyers and slowly handing them checks written in crayon has me laughing so goddamned hard.

dmhenderson 08-17-2013 07:35 AM

We couldn't get him arrested so his own lawyers (with their FANTASTIC legal advice) turned on him asdnhajsfnsajfasf

m4a1mustang 08-17-2013 08:15 AM

Haha that's good that he's in jail.

mag_black 08-17-2013 08:59 AM

Justice has been served. Great job to everyone that followed through w/ it. Most would get their stuff back and call it a day, but scammers like this will continue to scam because they thought they made it "right".

What a thread LOL, sweet ending
