Kris, I have a question for you? Is your spelling and grammar really THAT bad? Or are you actually correctly typing everything exactly as you think it? Do you really talk like that in person?

I'm fairly certain Kris has some sort of genuine mental defect. At any rate, we've done what we can and it's in the hands of others now. Either they'll go after him or they won't but I'm fairly certain we've done everything we can to see that they do.

They've certainly been given enough ammunition to. I don't think there will be any more updates unless you see ol' Kris in the news. If they don't go after him, maybe this experience will serve to show him that there are very real and immediate consequences for being a thief - even online.

Ah yes, citing the venerable legal precedent of "no backsies"

LOL this thread is WINNING!!! very glad OP got his money back.

There needs to be a sparksnotes for this thread or a hall of shame thread to warn future scammers that they will not be tolerated and a nice cold plate of forum justice will be served if they try

This has happened before with similar outcomes on this forum, but those threads have been removed.

I personally think they should be stickied for all to see as a warning. We will see what happens to this one.

I agree. This thread would be a pretty effective deterrent. Retitle it "don't be this guy, if you're even thinking of scamming read this first"
