You've got yourself a pretty stupid lawyer. Regardless of what you've done you will still get investigated if needed be. And if your still in some way or sort finding yourself in a bad standing with ANYBODY that you were involved with fraudulently you're still liable for those crimes. Here is the thing... How can a guy has a proper/decent job go out scam other people's money? Not only he doesn't have to but also this will ruin his entire career. Well, unless this person doesn't have brains... But then again, how can a guy doesn't have brains find a proper/decent job in the first place anyway??? Then the next question is if he doesn't have a decent job how he can afford a good lawyer???
It's funny to read his lawyer told him as long as he returns the money he can get away from this. Sound like he's got a scammer lawyer. Instant karma I say.
