Couple things:

1) This guy's name is Kristopher Nick Hope

2) The Manitoba police are who you want. I got a call back from a nice lady today that told me that the case would need to be pursued there.

3) All that said, I don't think we will need to involve the police because of something you just told me. Someone else is going to do that for us - someone with a much bigger wallet

PM me your AIM/IM handle and we'll talk. This is going to be much easier than I initially thought. I wish I had paid more attention to W.O.W's post last night because this could have been wrapped up already. There's really good stuff in there.

No such thing - there is the Brandon Police Department and the RCMP (equivalent to the FBI in the US), I'd go with the RCMP first because they have the most slugging power.

It's because of a similar situation that happened to me that made me go prem, everyone rushed to my aid and the problem was resolved in short order.

It's not resolved yet and except for fixing the immediate situation for DarkJak, there probably won't be much more in the way of updates. I doubt the cops are going to keep us posted lol
