His PayPal will show -3000 or whatever the amount is and he cannot close until that debt is settled with paypal. That guy is bluffing.

Can't believe he thinks Paypal will do nothing just because he's in Canada... Like that's never happened before.

F*cking ruin this guy please. I would call his local police as well since they appear to have a history with him and forward them all of his "LOL I OWN U" correspondence especially where he admits to larceny. They'll love that.

Edit: I know a couple guys in private security although neither is Canadian. If you don't get satisfaction from Paypal, let me know and I'll try and find out what your options are.
