Classified fraudster fails to make getaway | Winnipeg | News | Winnipeg Sun On another note, I am wondering how US Border Services are not aware of his criminal record if he is indeed traveling if he is going to Mexico via the US. The more the authorities are aware the better. |
This is fantastic

"Hahaha if you think your going to get your money soon you're sadly mistaking lol Even a evidence against they can't get the money from my bank acc even if you several lawyers they can't go into my bank and take it out so your still out the money till all the stuff is taking down I'm not pay anything this is Canada not the USA SO YOU WILL BE STILL OUT THE MONEY HAHAHA LOSER....SO WHEN ALL THE STUFF IS TAKING DOWN I WILL SEND IT AND TILL THEN YOUR STILL OUT "
I replied: "Nice try" A lil bit later: "Watch you'll see no more can go into my back Account and take the money with out me It's against the law I talked to my lawyer There might be a lawsuit Ording need to pay But If don't pay it still can't going to into my bank account I talked to my lawyer and my bank so and till all the stuff is taking down you won't be getting anything" The guy is bluffing since he can't close his account with an open dispute (now a claim). Doubt he can afford a lawyer either. But yeah, gotta wait until I get back to the states (1 more day) and then I'll be able to call Paypal to get it sorted without waiting until the claim goes through by default. The guy obviously isn't gonna cooperate. |
He is technically right, no one can enter his account, but there are far worse things than that.
Depending on US/Canada laws between the two countries, you can put a lien against all his accounts (and name), his property, etc. This screws him on any money he makes in the future, meaning if he gets paid the money is redirected from his account to pay off the lien. Also, if your lawyer wants to pursue it you can bring criminal charges against him, both in Canada and the US. Look into filing with other US/Canada agencies to add him to a wanted list, if he tries to go in/out of either country he will be detained and arrested. Sure, let him keep his money in his account, but you can own his life, much more enjoyable to destroy him. |
I'm SO subscribing to this sht
I'm LOLing at all the pics :rofl2: |
Private Eye and PureSwank are damn awesome. I know he is in Canada but because the buyer is an American, I am sure the Canadian government wouldn't mind letting the FBI get involved. That or Interpol. I would love to see the look on this ugly motherf*ckers face when his door is being kicked down by Federal agents.
Look at the bright side. No matter what happens, he has to live with being the ugliest person that has been put on this planet. Proof that God has a sense of humor. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v1...Untitled-1.jpg |
Maybe his face turned him into a thief. Destined to become the low acting dweller
