depends, if you already have exhaust and intakes, then i would recommend you on getting it tune, or retune if you already got a tune

I do have intake and exhaust. I guess what im asking is if I installed these could I wait a month or two to get a tune? Or would I need a tune right away?

you're car will be running a little lean, but it fine to drive it around for a little. i didnt get my tune for about 3 weeks after i installed these. tuning is just to get the maximum out of your whole set up.
