Are the stickers on the inside of the barrels? Would love to know the offset. Can you measure from the hub to the edge of the wheel in the back?

Are the stickers on the inside of the barrels? Would love to know the offset. Can you measure from the hub to the edge of the wheel in the back? We might be able to figure out the BSpace. Can you get me a price shipped to 33317.
