i'm dealing with this shop that installed a quaife on my open diff, they botched the install. it's really whiny, it howls and clicks. he must have not set up

i'm dealing with this shop that installed a quaife on my open diff, they botched the install. it's really whiny, it howls and clicks. he must have not set up the correct backlash on the gears.
so i'm suppose to take it back for a 3rd time next week. if he doesn't fix it, i hope i can get my money back. I think the pinion/ring gear are now damaged. just give me some time to give them a chance to fix it. if he doesn't then i'll probably buy yours and start from scratch. thanks for the responses, i'll let you guys know what happens, i hope they will cover any damaged parts. thank you. |
