Monterey Blue Nismo Front conversion (brand new paint)
***EDIT: NO LONGER FOR SALE***
I just got this back from the shop today and I'm not sure that I want to go this route. So I'm testing the water with a very high, but, maybe reasonable price for you Monterey Blue Z owners... Especially considering the Nismo was not offered in Monterey Blue. The front end conversion from Z1 (bumper cover, diffuser, and belly pan) is $2100 plus shipping, plus paint. I literally just got this things home an hour ago and just test fitted it to see how low it rides with the H&R springs and to see if i like it. I'm really not sure... In the pictures it's just sitting on the car. It's clipped in on the sides and there are 2 push pins in the top holding it on. It has not been down the road. It was painted professionally with Dupont paint products at a dealership. This is all OEM. The diffuser has road wear on it and we did not bother smoothing out that since it is destin to get scuffed as soon as it pulls out of the driveway lol Thats what it's there for. Considering the price of all of these parts new and the price of the paint work... I'm going to throw out a testing the waters price of $2000obo for the bumper, diffuser, and underbody pan. i backed it out to see if it would clear the driveway curb... success!
Still not sold on it. But it is pretty damn sexy. Few more pics for potential interested offers... And no, not a scratch, just a reflection Last edited by BrandonSS; 06-16-2013 at 12:40 AM. |

I think my cousin TJLAZER was the first to do the conversion on a MB Z.. His looks like it came from the factory. Yours looks great, I'd keep it if I were you unless you wanna be like everyone else just my 2 cents

Not many 370z's around here and I've never seen another monterey blue one in person So it's already different for my area. I get what you are saying, just not sure if I want to go another route or not

WOW!!!...Brandon.. That bumper looks sweet on your car dude. Despite its not the whole kit, who cares. Sh+t looks 100% freshier then stock look. IMO(lets take a poll)
You wanted a step up and you got it. I have an Amuse front/Nismo on the rest on mine. Thats what its all about. Give your car its own look. I think the members here would commend you for doing this.(oh they already have) Im actually in shock right now your trying to do this. The juicy part: Everything that i went threw as well for you to have it? Shipping, epic tape packaging etc..etc.. I had a list of local buyers that really wanted all my stuff your selling now. Guys that seemed loyal to the forum. Guys like yourself that would of put a car part before their GF lol .im sure there upset now .. I would be.. Be honest it feels like a kick in the nuts to our community and to me bro.lol I didnt sell my Nismo parts for a flip, you know that! It was to help. Sorry i just feel like i got played. this is my way of smoothing my conscience. Last edited by antfd3s; 06-16-2013 at 11:51 AM. |
