Nope. Just the pipes. You can reuse your factory stuff or your local muffler shop will have gaskets you can buy.

Okay, send me the shipping cost, I'll probably have to buy new gaskets anyway

Does hfc clear emissions ?

It didn't give me a CEL on my car so it would have here in Illinois. Not positive either way.
