Axle back aftermarket exhaust or mufflers
 

I just totally straight piped my my 370 and its way too loud so im in need of a axle back or mufflers.

Axleback is probably not the best bet, unless you go with top speeds axleback or one with mufflers/resonators.

You can always add custom resonators to the straight pipe to get rid of some of the sound/drone..

garageline sells axleback, mid pipe/x pipe, and CBE. They are generally reasonably priced.

Their youtube vid is raspy because they are running TP's, I have no idea what it sounds like without it.

Yeah I was looking at top speed but I don't think it will make that much of a difference. I found a site that sells just the mufflers but good ones like hks are $475 a piece and I don't have that kind of money as I'm a college student.

What kind of gains are they seeing from the garage line exhausts?

what kind of difference do you mean? Sound reduction, absolutely, power, most axleback exhausts do not or it is negligible. Replacing the Y and mid pipe is where the power gains are after the cats.

Yes i meant sound wise and i have have test pipes with 2.5" dual straight cbe with an xpipe so i think ive got all the power out of an exhaust i can. Do you think the top speed axle backs will quiet it down as much as the stock cats did?

I have the cat back portion of an ark that I could sell. My x-pipe got messed up, so they're just sitting in my garage. PM me.
