YMMV, but I'm on KWv3 and (was) stock tire sizes, with zero fender gap (no fingers fit), I still have about an inch and a half of thread in the front, and an inch of thread in the rear to drop the car more. Unless you wanna scrape frame, I think they are plenty.

Thanks for the post. I'm actually still doing some researching trying to find some good pics from the side from people that have the V3's.

That makes no sense. They are coilovers so everyone will be different. They will go lower than you can possibly use on the street.

Actually it makes perfect sense. 1.7 inches is the max you can drop the back. There's more than 1.7 inches of stock fender gap. I've seen other Z's on here with them maxed out and they are definitely not low enough for my taste.

Wouldn't you bottom out on every bump with such a significant drop? Just curious

Possibly, if it were a daily driver. Why does it seem so shocking to everyone that I want to go lower than the V3's offer. I'm not looking for another full inch, maybe just another 1/4-1/2 inch.

I ran V3's on my G37...and was slammed. I still could have lowered it more then a full inch or even more if I wanted to.... I would highly recommend keeping these. You're not going to find a better setup. The ONLY way to go lower then these coils would be air.

Thanks Clean, car looked good. The only other option I was looking at was the M7's. The drop on those were 2.5-3.0

You can't lower the v3 that low with out messing up the spring rate. G37 lower more then 370z like a inch deferent, g37 sedan lower even more.

After you told me yours was at max low that's when I got concerned it may not go as much as I'd like.

Also, if you are worried about not being able to lower the back another quarter inch, you can remove the purple height adjustment ring, or even remove the perch completely. I've seen it done on some cars.
