no it is for indoor use only. my40thz yes i can ship but you will have to pay the shipping cost.if you are serious,i will take it to UPS and have a shipping cost for you in next couple of days

my40thz shipping cost will be less then $60.00. if I can squeeze the cover into smaller box which it should be able to. my car is being picked up tonight and he is deciding if he wants the cover. so let me know if you still want the cover
