Is that as low in the rear as they will go? I have V3's not installed yet and i'm concerned I can't get quiet as low as i'd like. I read somewhere before I bought them they were a 2.3" drop and now all I can find is that it drops 1.8

yes. The back won't go any lower unless you get different springs.
