2013 Z Black Front Bumper With 3M Clear Wrap

5 Attachment(s)
As the title says im looking to possibly sell my 2013 Black front bumper. I know the forum wants a price but honestly im not sure what its worth and if there is even a market for it. However, the car has less than 2k on it and the bumper has the 3M clear plastic bra. The bumper has no scratches or chips. Im looking to go aftermarket in order to get better airflow to intakes and oil cooler. So if your interested pm me and we can work out a fair price. I will upload pics in a little bit after i give the car a wash so that its easier to see the quality of the bumper.

I know people will hate me for saying this, but start high. As far as I know you're the first to sell the new bumper, and I think some people might really want this.

But you do need to list a price, and a picture helps a lot for a sale.

To buyers: I'm not sure we have the electrical connectors on our pre 2013 models' bumpers. You might have to buy one and install it.

EDIT: Actually if you (the seller) could find a way to include it with the bumper that would also help you sell :)

Yeah but paint and prep costs a Lot, same with the clear bra, and I don't think the Z-store includes the LEDs

OP, start at $800, new bumper for $200, clear bra $300, prepainted $300

I would recommend calling the dealer to see how much they sell it for [ if available ] and just make sure to be a good chunk under that number.

That way if there is anyone with a damaged front bumper that needs to be replaced, you both win.

EDIT: the three posts above - basically doing what i was saying - popped up before I submitted this^

Its hard to say how much interest there will be, a lot of people, like the pre '13 bump to the '13 bumper, I know I do. Its just more aggressive looking. Thats my 2 cents.

Not always easy being first.

This is a good way to add a little shine to an older 370 with lots of miles/rock chips

Also those LED's won't look bad for long. I bet you people are working on making replacements for them that look way more aggressive. I know most people prefer the pre 2013 bumper but some people actually like the 2013 more, and to them a prepainted pre-clear bra bumper would be a steal.

Update

Ok, I did a little research on the wiring via Nissan mechanics. What i have come up with is that i will have to cut the wiring to the LED lights as far up as i can go without interfering with the headlights or any other lights and cap off the wire. And for the buyer they can either wire it into their cars lights or replace the whole harness to the 2013 which would be a costly move but i have no exact price for that route either. But as of right now i will be getting the car cleaned in the morning and then post pictures (sorry for the delay). If anyone has info as far as the wiring please feel free to post it because wires are not my strong subject. Thanks for the interest i am going to forward with the sale.

I wouldn't recommend cutting anything on a Brand NEW car.

Just disconnect the LED'S and coil up the extra wires so in the event you need to go back sometime? it's plug and play.

Let the buyer deal with the retrofitting on an older Z.

Just my :twocents:

Since you're aware we require a price, I'm gonna go ahead and shut this down. I don't really wanna get in the business of making exemptions for people who don't know what to charge, because that will be never ending. When you come up with a price, you can PM me and I'll open the thread, or you can create another thread later.
