I like it...but still want to know how all the LEDs turn on: parking, headlight, or separate switch?

LEDs are wired to turn on with the parking lights. They are on while the headlights are on as well.

Here are pics of tails. The driver's side one has a small chip that's not really noticeable unless you look for it.
