In case your jnterested, Iirc bj and those guys had cf molds they used to make their cf replacments on the Doran car.

Should be a hard cover. Glue/attach some tabs to bolt it onto the car and you should be good

he didnt have the lens. he said only inner headlights leftovers.

I would just mask your headlight and then get a sheet or carbon fiber or fiber glass and lay it over your stock headlight, mix some resin and let it harden. Voila.. instant mold!

I think those xenon pieces might be easiest solution.
