This would go pretty quick if the OP picked up a tuner version cable with no license on it, reflash back to stock, then post it up for sale as

This would go pretty quick if the OP picked up a tuner version cable with no license on it, reflash back to stock, then post it up for sale as a Osiris tuner kit for $600. Hard to sell just a reflash license locally unless you know how to tune, and the shop won't be much help since they already made their money off it
