ok so say someone buys this off of you for your asking price, what is left to pay when you go to a tuning shop to get your car tuned?

Around $300 for a custom tune. You need the license for them to do a tune.

This would be a lot easier to sell if you bought a cipher cable, reflashed back to stock yourself, and sold it as Osiris standard...
