Couldn't tell you exactly. It is 2 way height adjustable either springs or you can lower the damping unit lower into the bottom perch (which is about 4-5 inches). When I put them on the first time, I had no idea where to set it and I ended up sitting only a 1/2"F 1/4" rear lower than stock. I lowered the damper down into the lower perch 1" and the back .8" then and I sat perfect
So you can adjust either the springs or the whole perch if that makes sense
