Is it too loud? You showing up to the walnut meet? I'd like to hear it.

i was the 3rd owner of this same exact catback. i was the previous owner that e36er bought it from. this catback sounds really great, its just a tad on the loud side for a DD. Then again, I had this catback installed with test pipes.

I'm taking it off tonight. Sorry. Listen to YouTube videos. They sound very close.

Why dont you put the silencers in? If you dont have them order from greddy. Not expensive. I got the same exhaust and this thing is beast! Lot of drone though. Drove around for awhile with the silencers....still has a nice tone but cuts down the volume by like 60%.

It cuts the sound with silencers but still the best exhaust I ever had. I'd put it on the mustang if I could. Zero drone with silencers and perfect loud sound at WOT

with this exhaust theres a bracket that relocates the eva box that is under the car behind the rear passenger side wheel. get under your car and youll see it. its a decent sized box. the exhaust "NEW" comes with extended hoses and clamps for the relocation as well.

yes it is needed for the exhaust to fit. the passenger side muffler will not fit without the relocation of the eva box. :tiphat:

You do not "need" it. The bracket can be bent a little so that the muffler can fit. How do I know? Because I owned this cat back. You'll have about a fingers gap between the evap shield and muffler.
