Does this work with the steering wheel controls?

U would have 2 have them make it work w/ the steering wheel..it costed me $35 xtra for the place I had put it on for me.. But yes it is poss.

how much does this usually cost to install it and where?

My friend does it on the side at a car audio shop..but usually costs $50-$100 for install..depends where u go..
