I don't think those are covers. I think they are integral to the canisters (the main reason for the weight loss vs SS).

Mine appear so in any event...

That is correct. They are not covers. Hence, the weight savings over the SS version. It's difficult to actually see any scratches when this is installed so you guys shouldn't hesitate on this. It's a great deal.

Still availabe or did pending pick up follow through?

The H or Y pipe you have looks different then the one imaged in FI website. Can you comment?

The pick-up is happening Nxt wknd.. And most likely will happen..I'd rather take the pick-up if I can..it's the older version of FI that could b why..plus it's used w/ 10,000mi

Little sand paper and some clear coat and they will look good as new ..

CF is held on by rivets. If you really want them off drill them out, but the holes wont line up in any other configuration. Don't recommend taking them off.

Good buy...
