Default Trade '12 Nismo rims for '13 Nismo rims

I have a 2012 Nismo and I'm looking to get the '13 gunmetal color ones. So basically my offer is that if anyone with the '13s is thinking of selling theirs for aftermarket or for some reason would prefer the '12 color, I would like to trade and pay some cash on top. Can include pics if necessary. The car only has 2500 miles on it. Will pay shipping.

Thanks.

That's sounds like too much work. 400$ and your rims can be powder coated the same color.

Not even $400... powder coating is pretty cheap...

Depends on where are you located and also depends on the quality of the powder coating job

Would love to do that. Just can't seem to find a good place to do it. If anyone has any good info on a place in MN I would go that route.

you guys might want to rethink about powder coating. i've read rays don't powder coat (paint instead) because it affects the forged process (strength). you guys can read up on it on various articles. i've also read hre doesn't powder coat their forged wheels either. something to think about...

but then again i could be misinformed.

A buddy and I both have powdercoated SE-R wheels on our altima's and they are forged rims. There is no damage to the structure of the rim after the heating process. They say they don't recommend it but it's more if you were to do it more that once to the rim. It's the heating and cooling that could damage it.

Maybe the damage after powder coating is not noticiable visually, but it make the structure weak by some way
