19" OEM upgrade or tires for base 18" OEMs

I am looking for a good deal on used tires with 95%+ tread left for the base 18"s. I would prefer local pickup, but would pay for shipping if the price is right. Also, I am looking to upgrade to OEM 19's w/ tires if plan A falls through. I am located in San Jose, CA 95148.
