I was thinking about how the powder coat would affect the mounting and the Balance of the pulley. Your right about a second powder coat, i would soda blast them and tape off the mounting point. Mounting is a pain, ones I've done I heat up with a torch and they go on fairly easy. Getting them off of high mileage cars is a pain.

Ya brother I loved Guam, been there 6 times. Went out on a trail in a samurai back in some woods. I had a blast. That clay is hard to clean up. My back injuries are keeping me grounded so I am afraid I won't see Guam again. But dude if you need stuff bought and shipped I am your guy.

Also keep in mind that a small percentage of these pullies have to be sanded on the inside to get them to fit since they are already powdercoated and sometimes it could go on too thick. So if you powdercoat again, may want to make sure old powdercoat is completely removed first or else it will be too thick.
thanks for the tip VDC
