Just got this car. All I'm looking for is $125 shipped, but we need to swap gas pedals. The other pedals just slide on the brake and clutch.

Definitely interested, but seeing as mine is a DD, how would the swap work? At the very least I would be interested in your dead pedal if you would part it out. I've put two dents in mine reaching for my wallet

pic added. I could send my gas pedal out first, but I would need the buy to at least two ship me their stock gas pedal. Also would need the black plastic dead pedal if there even is one in the base model cars. I just need the black plastic/carpet that's underneath it.
Dead pedal is kinda a pain to get to, but all you do is remove the two plastic retainers located above the dead pedal that hold the frnt of the carpet down, then remove the plastic fuse box cover, and pull the carpet back so you can see the backside of the dead pedal. You'll notice 6 plastic tips that go thru small round washers. Just get a flat head under the washer, pry up a little, and then get some needle nose pliers under there to pop the washer off the plastic tip Last edited by mwhit02; 10-18-2012 at 07:02 PM. |

I have base w/ sport pkg and the dead pedal looks identical to yours except for two noticeable dents in mine. If you are wanting to swap, I'm not sure you'd want mine...
I could definitely ship you the gas pedal after I install yours.

Hey man, thanks for indulging my questions. I'm considering going a different direction, and think I'm going to hold off altogether on the pedals for now. Instead, I'm going to spend the money on replacing my Nissan hamburgers with the EVO-R Z emblems.

I'm gonna pass on that one. I've got two weeks til I move to Tampa, so if I dont sell them by then, I will try locally when I get down there to avoid any down time.
