What the Hell. This is so odd and pretty upsetting they make it but can't supply the gasket. SMH. Anyways try a muffler shop.

When I had my CSC replaced, my mechanic noticed my gaskets were pretty much done for, and made me new ones. Want me to see if he can make you some?

Use RED, RTV sealant, (copper is higher temp, but doesn't fully cure)
if it's good enough for Fast Intentions, it's good enough for Stillen (I use it on my header to HFCs/TP's)

I just did a quick google search and the guys on a 350z forum said to take a piece of paper, draw the outline of each part where you need a gasket and take it to napa or an auto parts store to match. Just a suggestion. Idk if im allowed to post a link or not.

Can't believe Stillen can't supply gaskets. When I bought my exhaust from Stillen, the gasket was damaged in the box. I called and they sent me a new one and an apology with a small gift!

My guess is because you bought a used one is why they put you off. I think you should try them again......and be really nice!

They'll look you up in their system... But you can try blocking your number and lying about where you bought it new from?

I would rather try and get the actual gaskets for that exhaust due to the diameter. The problem is I used my stock ones and filed the insides but when it bolts together there is alot of slack in the hole and they do not line up right causing the gasket to be in the way of the exhaust gases making a funny noise... Oh and I was very nice to them when I called and even told them I bought a stillen bumper for my 350z... Stillen is just not what they used to be...

My reason for asking if you'd like my mechanic to make some is because my Z also has the Stillen cat-back exhaust. Probably the same as yours.
