I think you would need the piece that attaches to the bottom as well. Other than that, I don't know if you would need anything else.

There is a list of parts needed. everything from under body trays to new fender liners. its possible to make it fit without em, but that depends on how ghetto you want it to be. ;)

There's a thread with a list of what you need somewhere. But this is the most cost effective part. The rest is hardware, liner, brackets and the black cover piece thats below the lip.
